Picture Mystery

The Ancient seers developed a method in teaching their science, so that it does not fall in the hands of the unwise or the unprepared. They used some special myths and symbols to teach their disciples which they hold a deeper and spiritual meaning in them. The signs and planets have specific symbols each symbol contains a special meaning. That is why in Astrology each figure should not be overlooked and it is important to a large extent to explain each figure & symbol.
Picture Mystery

The overall picture is divided into 4 parts. The Outer part is the zodiac with its twelve signs, the dragons head being in the early first part of Aries represents the beginning of manifestation. Manifestation could have two major features. The first one is the manifestation of the universe at large or macrocosm Aries represents the new born, the dragon in Aries describes at macrocosmic level the universe being born out of nothing. The dragon eating its tail describes the process of manifestation and at macrocosmic level it represents the beginning (Scientifically the Big Bang) and the End of the universe.(Which also holds a Scientific basis). Being a round picture, the dragon born could not be identified at macrocosmic level the countless times manifesting and ending its root by returning back to the source. The Dragon (Universe) being surrounded by the stars represents the unlimited chain that  is always influenced by higher or bigger group of stars. Eating its tail the dragon will find himself at many levels returning to the basis of his nature which is before identifying himself as a creature. (Universe)
At Microcosmic level the dragon represents a Human being or any other animal, his life begins in the early part of Aries which always represents the beginning and <New Born>. Under the influence of the stars and planets the normal human life is somehow directed by them. The dragon eating its tail represents the death of the human, but because its round position at microcosmic level the death or <New Born> (The Dragon in Aries) is again countless, until it riches its source. The Eye in its symbolic illustration represents at Macrocosmic level the Power that guides every atom in the universe. At Microcosmic or superficial level it represents the ability to see some events throughout many ways and one of them Jyotish.

This Chart is only the harmonious positions of the planet though not house placements. When planets are in their Mooltrikona they are said to be very powerful. Apart from Mooltrikona there are the exaltation placements of the planets which also are said to be even more powerful. Also planets have their own signs the Luminaries or the Sun & Moon are Royal planets and they own one sign Leo and Cancer respectively. The Other Planets Each owns two signs. Also Planets in own signs are very powerful. Apart from the strong placement of a planet in sign in exact opposition from its exalted placement it is said to be debilitated or very weak, in exact opposition from Mooltrikona or own sign a planet said to be determinant or also weak.

There are also Friendly and inimical sign placements of planets which shows the strength of a planet In Friendly sign a planet is in harmony a planet in inimical sign is in disharmony. A strong or harmoniously placed planet can bestow a beneficial result in mundane life, and weak or a debilitated planet could bestow malefic results. The House placement and interrelation between the overall Natal Chart should be considered for final results to be declared. This is the job of an astrologer who examines the positions of native's special planetary placements.
